DAVID N. MARTIN is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Qlusters. He
has over 30 years of proven leadership in building successful enterprise
technology Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Entegrity Solutions,
an enterprise security software company. Before that he was principal
owner of CEO Associates where he provided strategic business advice and
services to enterprise IT CEO's. His client roster included 12 firms in
a broad range of enterprise IT segments, from start-ups through $2
billion revenue producers, and including StorageTek, Pyramid/SNT,
Hal/Fujitsu and Teradata/NCR. From 1974 through 1989, he was Executive
Vice President of the Information Systems Group of National
Semiconductor and member of the National's Board of Directors. He was
also President of the National Advanced Systems subsidiary, which
subsequently became Hitachi Data Systems. Under Mr. Martin's leadership
his group grew from 0 to $1.2 billion in revenue with excellent ROI and
sustained profitability. Before joining National, Mr. Martin was Vice
President of Advanced Memory Systems (now Intersoil) and started his
career at IBM. He hold a BS degree in Engineering from Princeton
