DAVID M. GEE is the President and CEO of Marsulex Inc., a leading
provider of environmental compliance solutions to generators of useable
by-products. Mr. Gee began his career in consumer marketing with a major
packaged goods company and followed that with corporate finance
experience with one of Canada's chartered banks. He then moved to
manufacturing and has spent the last 20 years of his career in senior
manufacturing, engineering and marketing roles. Prior to joining
Marsulex in 1995, Mr. Gee was a shareholder in a Cambridge, Ontario
manufacturer with 4 operating divisions. Three of the divisions provided
the aerospace industry with a single source for a range of mechanical
and structural components, assemblies and services. The fourth
manufactured a proprietary line of highly engineered process system
components. Mr. Gee is a graduate of the University of Toronto with
B.Sc. and M.B.A. degrees; is married and has 2 sons. He is a past
director of the United Way, a member of the Young Presidents'
Organization and sits on a number of charitable and commercial boards of
directors. In 1990, he was the recipient of the Laurier Outstanding
