DAVID M. HOWARD has served as President of IMSG and as a director of the
company since August 1999. Following a tour of duty as a US Army
officer, Mr. Howard joined Bankers Insurance Group in 1988 as a sales
representative and went on to hold a number of key executive positions.
He served as Vice-President and later President of Bankers Insurance
Services and Bankers Hazard Determination Services, and as President of
Bankers Underwriters, Inc. He has also been active in the industry as
Secretary of the National Flood Determination Association and as a
member of the Council of Company Executive Officers, an affiliate of the
National Association of Professional Insurance Agents. Profile
