DAVID D. HARRISON is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Pentair, Inc. Prior to joining Pentair he was Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer of Coltec Industries and Pentair
(he served as Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 1996). Mr. Harrison
also served in various capacities with GE and Borg-Warner. A Certified
Management Accountant, Mr. Harrison holds an MBA degree in Financial
Management from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio, and a BA degree from
