DAVID GOLDMAN is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Intasys
Corporation. He attended McGill University and graduated in 1965
with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering, and received an MBA
from Concordia University in 1980. Following 35 years of senior
executive leadership in the mining industry he became Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of Intasys Corporation, a NASDAQ
listed small cap technology company, and is a management
consultant to industry. Previously, over 35 years he occupied
several senior management positions at Noranda Inc. including:
Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Noranda
Inc. (1997-2001), President and Chief Executive Officer of
Noranda Metallurgy Inc. (1994-1997), Executive Vice President,
Metallurgical Operations, Noranda Minerals Inc. (1991-1994),
Senior Vice-President, Metallurgical Operations, Noranda Minerals
Inc. (1989-1991). Mr. Goldman is currently a Director of SNC
Lavalin Inc.(TSX), Chesbar Resources Inc. (TSX), Workbrain Inc.
and Intasys Corporation (NASDAQ). He has been a Director of the
following Toronto Stock Exchange corporations: Falconbridge
Limited, Noranda Forest Inc., Tritech Ltd. and Phoenix Life
