DAVID S. GELLER is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of
Home Health Corporation of America, Inc., one of the largest independent
for-profit home nursing companies in the United States. HHCA provides
high quality skilled nursing services to adult and pediatric patients in
the mid-Atlantic states and Florida. Mr. Geller has been President and
CEO since 1999. He joined HHCA as Senior Vice President'Chief Financial
Officer in 1998. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Geller was Senior Vice
President'Chief Financial Officer of Physician Support Systems, Inc., a
provider of business management services to physicians and hospitals.
From 1982 to 1996, Mr. Geller was a Senior Manager with Deloitte &
Touche, a Big Five accounting firm, where he primarily worked on mergers
and acquisitions, divestitures, bankruptcies and troubled debt
restructurings and other specialized transactions. Mr. Geller is a
Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and Connecticut Society of Certified Public
Accountants. He is HHCA's primary representative to the National
Association for Home Care, is a past Director and Treasurer of the Boys
and Girls Club of Stamford, Connecticut, and a past member of the
International Franchise Association. He has lectured and spoken widely
and interacts extensively with business and civic organizations. Mr.
Geller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The
Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Business Administration degree
from Vanderbilt University, which he attended on a partial academic
