DAVID S. FISHER joined Commercial Federal Corporation as
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2000.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry.
Mr. Fisher oversees the departments of Accounting, Treasury,
Performance Measurement, Investor Relations, Community
Reinvestment Lending, Corporate Procurement and Legal Services.
Prior to joining Commercial Federal Bank, Mr. Fisher was Senior
Vice President and Treasurer at Associated Banc Corp, a $13
billion bank holding company. He was responsible for financial
analysis and planning, accounting, operations of the Treasury
Division, bank and corporate investments and funding operations
for all entities of the corporation. Before joining Associated
Banc Corp, Mr. Fisher was Senior Vice President and Director of
Funds Management and Bank Investment of First of America Bank
Corporation, a $22 billion bank holding company. He was
responsible for managing the purchase funds portfolio, the total
balance sheet, the interest rate risk and the bank investment
portfolio, and he provided economic forecasting. Profile
