DAVID M. CHAUNER is President and CEO of Threshold Sports LLC. Mr.
Chauner has founded two sports marketing companies, both of which
developed and successfully grew unique event properties in the sport of
cycling including international professional road races, velodrome
programs and large scale recreational cycling events. As a key principal
in both companies, Mr. Chauner is responsible for securing over $25
million in corporate sponsorship funding for his company's properties
from numerous major corporations like Citibank, CoreStates Financial
Corp, First Union Bank, General Mills, Kmart Corporation, Norwest Bank,
Saturn Corporation, Thrift Drug Company, the U.S. Postal Service and
others. Mr. Chauner is a former Olympic cyclist inductee into the U.S.
Bicycling Hall of Fame (1998). He was a member of the U.S. Professional
Cycling Federation's Board of Directors for nearly two decades and was
most recently Group Director overseeing the cycling division for
