DAVID B. WORTMAN is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Made2Manage Systems, Inc., an enterprise application solutions company
headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has served as President and
CEO since January 1994 and Chairman since April 2000. Prior to joining
Made2Manage Systems, Mr. Wortman held a succession of senior executive
positions with and served as a Director of Pritsker Corporation, a
computer software company he co-founded in 1973. Mr. Wortman was
instrumental in building Pritsker into an internationally recognized
leader in computer simulation-based decision support software products
for business, industry and government. Mr. Wortman is the recipient of
the Indiana Heartland 1998 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year' Award
in the Technology/Communication/Entertainment category. He is also a
recipient of Purdue University's 2000 'Outstanding Industrial
Engineering Award' and was selected as the 1999 Growth 100 'Alumni of
the Year' by The Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Mr.
Wortman is a Director of Walker Information Inc. and the Indiana
Technology Partnership. He is a past President of the Indiana
Information Technology Association. He is also a past President of the
Institute of Industrial Engineers and a recipient of its 'Outstanding
Young Industrial Engineer' award. Mr. Wortman holds BS and MS degrees in
Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Profile
