M. DANIEL LUNT is President and Chief Executive Officer of WordCruncher Internet Technologies, Inc. Mr. Lunt co-founded Logio, a service mark of WordCruncher Internet Technologies, Inc., in 1996 with the mission of providing business professionals with a comprehensive, online directory that delivers news, data and services of vital importance in today's competitive business environment. A 21-year veteran of the computer software industry, Mr. Lunt's vision of how technology can improve lives is the driving force behind the day-to-day operations that keep Logio on target to accomplish its mission. In 1981, Mr. Lunt joined WordPerfect Corporation, developing computer software programs. Over the next 13 years, his strategic insight and down-to-earth management style propelled him to the position of Vice President of Worldwide Marketing. WordPerfect's revenue growth during that time soared from $50 million annually in 1986 to $700 million in 1993. In addition to his passion for technology and media, Mr. Lunt is also involved in several local real estate development ventures. In his free time, Mr. Lunt relishes spending time with his family and has been actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America and other community youth programs.
