DANIEL COHEN, MD, is co-Founder, Chairman & CEO of CNS, Inc. Dr. Cohen co-founded CNS to develop neurological diagnostic and monitoring capital equipment. During the first ten years, CNS designed, manufactured and marketed hi-tech capital medical equipment. The equipment was primarily sold to hospitals for use in operating rooms in the US and sleep disorders centers worldwide. Revenues for the medical equipment business peaked in 1990 at approximately $8M. Dr. Cohen is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology; Phi Beta Kappa; Principle, Round River Research Corporation; Board of Directors, Interactive Learning Group and Medical Director, Central Nursing Home.
