DAN DUFFY – EPARTNERS

DAN DUFFY joined ePartners in November of 2000 and serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer. From November 2000 until June 2002, he was the company's Chief Financial Officer, and in September of 2002 was also named Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Duffy has more than 11 years of strategic financial management and entrepreneurial experience. Prior to joining ePartners, Mr. Duffy was the Chief Development and Financial Officer for MachineWeb, a business-to-business vertical marketplace focused on the metal working industry. He was principally responsible for strategic mergers and acquisitions, business strategies and the financial operations of the business. Prior to MachineWeb, Mr. Duffy served as a senior executive with Ernst & Young LLP's Center for Strategic Transactions executive management teams of Fortune 100 and high growth technology, professional services and Internet companies on strategic transaction matters including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate collaborations and strategic alliances. Mr. Duffy transitioned into the CST division at Ernst & Young after serving nine years within the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions, Information Systems Advisory and Accounting Assurance (SEC) Practices. During his tenure he executed various capital market transactions, provided advisory services for structured acquisitions and was principally responsible for client service delivery and SEC reporting for a global Fortune 100 client and a number of professional service and technology companies. Mr. Duffy received a B.A. from Indiana Kelley School of Business and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business with triple concentrations in Finance, Strategy and Marketing. Profile
