DALE S. COENEN serves as Chairman of the Board and President of Trans-
Industries, Inc. He has held the position of Chairman since 1970 and the
position of President since 1972. He served in a similar capacity at
Coenen & Co., Inc., an investment bank and brokerage firm. His earliest
employment was with Booz, Allen and Hamilton, management consultants,
and The General Electric Company. He holds a BA from the University of
Michigan and has completed graduate courses in Accounting and Finance at
New York University and in Electrical Engineering at Union College. Mr.
Coenen is a past Trustee of The American Passenger Transit Association
and has served on various private and public Boards of Directors. Profile
