D. NOLAN BLADES is President and CEO of Pursuit Resources Corp., a
junior oil and gas exploration and production company. Prior to joining
Pursuit Resources, he was President and COO of Chauvco Resources Ltd.
from 1989 to 1993. He is also a past President and CEO of Oakwood
Petroleum's Ltd. as well as past Executive Vice President and Production
Vice President at that firm, from 1980 to 1989. He previously was an
Engineering Manager at Ashland Canada Ltd./Kaiser Resources Ltd.
(1974-1980) and an Area Engineer/Reservoir Engineer/Manager, Oil Sands
at the Alberta Energy Resources Conservation Board (1964-1974). Mr.
Blades has many professional affiliations including the following
memberships: Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and
Geophysicists of Alberta; Society of Petroleum Engineering; Petroleum
Society of CIM; Calgary Petroleum Club. His directorships include
Pursuit Resources Corp. and Freehold Royalty Trust. Mr. Blades is a
graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Mechanical Engineering, 1964. He is married and has two children. Profile
