D.bruce Sinclair – Waverider Communications Inc (wavc)

D. BRUCE SINCLAIR joined WaveRider Communications Inc. as President and CEO in 1997, bringing more than two decades' worth of expertise in high- technology management development, organizational re engineering and international sales and operations. Mr. Sinclair's industry know-how ensures solid footing and a vibrant future for WaveRider. Mr. Sinclair is the former President of computer giant Dell Canada, responsible for launching Dell in Canada. As Vice President of Dell Europe, Mr. Sinclair was responsible for all European sales and operations resulting in European sales growth from $250 million to over $1 billion in a two-year period. Mr. Sinclair has worked in North America and Europe with several high technology companies including IBM Canada, Northern Telecom and Harris Systems Ltd. Mr. Sinclair held various management positions with these companies and was primarily responsible for launching new product technologies and growing sales and support operations into new markets. Mr. Sinclair holds a BA degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA degree from the University of Toronto, and is a Board member of the Canadian Paraplegic Association. Profile
