CRAIG DEES is Chief Executive Officer of Provectus Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
He has developed numerous products in a broad range of areas including
ethical vaccines, human diagnostics, cosmetics and OTC pharmaceuticals.
From 1997 to 2002 he was Founder, Senior Scientist, and founding
Director of Photogen Technologies, Inc. His duties included senior
technical management, product design and development, business and
market applications, regulatory and quality control designs for
regulatory filings. From 1987 to 1992 he was Group Leader of the
Molecular Toxicology Group at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. His duties
there included development of biotechnology-based diagnostic and
therapeutic systems for chronic health effects associated with exposure
to chemicals and radiation, identification of novel biomarkers of such
exposure, and genetic enhancement of organisms to degrade pollutants.
From 1988 to 1992, he was Director of Regulatory Affairs at LipoGen Inc.
His duties included design and licensing of recombinant DNA derived
medical diagnostic and therapeutic products, business and regulatory
affairs, and the management and commercialization of human medical
products. From 1985 to 1988, he was Director of Research/Project Leader
at TechAmerica, Inc. His duties included design and development of novel
vaccines and diagnostics, regulatory affairs and business management,
and the commercialization of animal health-related products. Dr. Dees
received his PhD from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in Molecular
Virology, his MS degree in Immunology from Auburn University and a BS in
Microbiology from Brigham Young University. Profile
