Paul E. Morlen is Vice President-Investments at the investment management firm
of Cullinan Associates, Inc. He joined the firm in 2005 and has over 16 years'
experience in the financial services industry. Previously, he was an equity
analyst with Invesco's institutional division. Mr. Morlen holds a BS degree in
Accounting from Indiana University. In 1993, he earned his Certified Public
Accountant license while employed at KPMG. In 2006, he became a CFA
charterholder. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, the Kentucky CPA Society, the CFA Institute, and a Board member of
the CFA Society of Louisville. At Cullinan Associates, he handles portfolio
management responsibilities for DividendWriting and Overwriting accounts and is
