CHRISTOPHER MARR joined Storage USA, Inc., in 1994 and currently serves
as Chief Financial Officer. He joined the company as Vice President,
Financial Reporting and Controller in 1994. He was promoted to Senior
Vice President of Finance and Accounting in 1997 and to Chief Financial
Officer in 1998. Prior to Storage USA, Mr. Marr was a Senior Manager at
the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, where he worked for eight
years in an audit and consulting capacity. While at Storage USA, Mr.
Marr has participated in raising over $1.2 billion in capital and
securing $190 million in bank lines of credit in addition to various
bridge financings for the company. In 1999, he successfully negotiated a
$240 million acquisition joint venture and a $160 million development
venture with General Electric Capital Corporation, and a $150 million
'spin-out' joint venture with Fidelity Management Trust. In addition to
accounting and finance, areas of responsibility reporting to Mr. Marr
include information technology, revenue management and investor
