CHRIS SPRINGATE is President, Director and co-Founder of ARC
Pharmaceuticals Inc. Mr. Springate's corporate experience includes
financing, intellectual property and patent issues, coordinating
research collaborations, participation in research projects, product
development and regulatory issues. He has been key in building ARC's
Board of Directors, Scientific Advisory Board and Management team. Mr.
Springate is a co-inventor of several patent applications for the use of
therapeutics against surgical adhesions. Mr. Springate is a practicing
Pharmacist and, with an MSc (Pharm) in Pharmaceutics and
Biopharmaceutics, has an extensive knowledge of drugs and drug loaded
