Charles Searock Jr. – Dynasil Corporation Of America (dysl)

CHARLES J. SEAROCK, JR., Lt. General, USAF Retired, is the President and CEO of Dynasil Corporation of America, a synthetic fused silica manufacturer. He has over seven years of experience in civilian corporate management in senior level positions, having served as the Senior Vice President of Aero Development Corporation for three years, the part owner/operator of a charter air service for one year, and as President, CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Dynasil Corporation for over four years. Currently he also serves as the Chairman of the Board of IST Aero, Inc. and as the President of Lexington Group, a start-up company seeking to market aircraft flight data systems used in the recording and real-time reporting of aircraft and flight crew performance for operations review and aircraft accident investigation purposes. He also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Aviation Hall of Fame for three years and currently is a member of the Board of Nominations. He has a BS degree in Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a MBA from Central Michigan University. Profile
