JOSEPH P. GISCH has served as Chief Financial Officer of DDi Corp. since
1995. For the previous 17 years, Mr. Gisch was employed by McGladrey &
Pullen, LLP, serving from 1986 to 1995 as a Partner at the accounting
firm, where he was responsible for the audit, accounting and information

CHARLES D. DIMICK is Chairman and a Director of DDi Corporation, and the
President of DDi subsidiary Dynamic Details Incorporated in Silicon
Valley. He joined the company in 1998, after a merger between DCI and
DDi. Mr. Dimick founded DCI in 1991 and served as its President and
Chief Executive Officer until the merger. Previously, he was a Senior
Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sigma Circuits. Profile
