CEDRIC BROWN is the Non-Executive Chairman of Atlantic Caspian Resources
Plc. Prior to that, Mr Brown held a variety of posts in Engineering and
Management in the Gas Industry in the UK. From 1989 to 1996, he was the
main Board Director of British Gas Plc, and was Chief Executive from
1992 to 1996. Mr Brown is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering,
a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and a Fellow of The
Institution of Gas Engineers. He is married with four children and has
seven grandchildren. He enjoys sport, the countryside and Historic
