CASEY J. O'BYRNE has been Founder and Chairman of the Board of
Brocker Technology Group Ltd. since 1993. He incorporated BTGL in
November 1993 and raised the capital for the expansion of BTGL
into the computer software development and distribution business.
Mr. O'Byrne was the co-ordinator of the relationship between
Brocker and the Securities Exchange Commission, Toronto Stock
Exchange and the NASDAQ. He developed relationships with
international bankers, brokers, brokerage houses and market
makers. Prior to joining Brocker Mr. O'Byrne was with Tarrabain
O'Byrne & Company, working in areas of law with specialization in
civil litigation and asset protection, from November 1990 to
present. From September 1986-March 1990 he was a Partner in
O'Byrne & Company. From September 1984-September 1986 Mr. O'Byrne
was an Associate with Singleton & Company. From 1992-1993 he was
Founder and Director of Ventex Resources Corporation and from
1985-1987 Mr. O'Byrne was Director of American Environmental
Enterprises. Mr. O'Byrne has a Law degree, LLB (Hons) from the
University College, Great Britain (1984) and a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria, British
