CARLO DI BIAGIO has been Managing Director of Ducati Motor Holding SpA (DMH) since July 2000. Previously, Mr. Di Biagio was Director of Finance and Administration at the Company since May 1997. Prior to joining DMH, among other things, Mr. Di Biagio held a variety of financial positions at Procter & Gamble, within the budget control, cost accounting,
financial analysis and budgeting functions. While at Procter and Gamble, Mr. Di Biagio served as controller, Italy; International Treasury Manager, Cincinnati, Ohio; Chief Financial Officer, Rome; and Division Finance Manager, Central Europe, Brussels.
