C. J. Comu – Airtech International Group Inc (airg)

C. J. COMU is the CEO and Chairman of Airtech International Group, Inc. (OTCBB: AIRG), a publicly traded company founded in 1994. Airtech is a premier leader in the manufacturing of indoor air purification technology. He is also the CEO of Airtech's wholly owned subsidiary, Airsopure, the nation's largest indoor air purification franchise company. Prior to starting Airtech, Mr. Comu was the President of Transworld Leasing, Inc., a full-service equipment leasing and finance company. Transworld was involved in providing financing for heavy equipment machinery, medical technology, aviation and transportation. Mr. Comu is the former President of Credit America Holdings, Inc., a privately held investment management firm, involved in the financing of private equity and acquisition and disposition of over $50 million of transactions during his term. Mr. Comu's professional career started as a specialist in precious metals and currencies for Conti Commodities Group. After his involvement in trading international commodities, Mr. Comu founded and was the Executive Vice President of MBA Corporate Group, a financial application software company that developed the Wall Street Analyst, a technical trading system to help investors better invest in the stock and commodities market. This company grew from two employees to over 100 salaried employees and was valued at $22 million within 18 months. Mr. Comu is an avid golfer and tennis player, and resides in Dallas, Texas.
