BRYAN ABBOUD is Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of
publicly traded Global Entertainment Holdings/Equities, Inc., and
Founder and Managing Director of Interactive Gaming & Wagering, NV, a
wholly owned subsidiary of GAMM. Mr. Abboud is also a co-founder and
current Board member of the Interactive Gaming Council, the online
gaming industry's premier trade association. Earlier, Mr. Abboud was
involved in upper management of a company in the high-tech consumer
electronics industry. Before this he served as vice president of
marketing and co-founded Vista International, Inc., where he was
responsible for all US sales, advertising and promotions. Mr. Abboud
earned a Master's in International Management at the American Graduate
School of International Management (Thunderbird) and received a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Commerce, accelerating in Marketing, at Santa Clara
