BRUCE D. DALZIEL serves as Chief Financial Officer for DoubleClick Inc.
Mr. Dalziel's primary responsibility as CFO is to ensure that
DoubleClick continues to achieve its financial operational objectives.
Before being appointed CFO, Mr. Dalziel served as DoubleClick's Vice
President of Finance and Operations for the Technology, Data and
Research divisions, where he was responsible for all financial
operations in those units. In that role, he built systems tying
DoubleClick's financial results to key operational drivers. Mr. Dalziel
originally joined DoubleClick in 2000 as Vice President of Financial
Planning, Analysis & Investor Relations, where he was charged with
planning, budgeting, performance measurement, and management reporting
for the firm as a whole, as well as coordinating communications with
investors and analysts. Prior to joining DoubleClick, Mr. Dalziel spent
16 years in the financial services industry, primarily at the Prudential
Insurance Company of America. At Prudential, he served in a variety of
roles, including Chief Financial Officer for International Insurance,
Equity Analyst for Southeast Asian Equities, Fixed Income Portfolio
Manager, and Head of Institutional Asset Management Sales. Most recently
he led strategic planning and analysis for Prudential as a whole. Mr.
Dalziel has won numerous awards for his advocacy work for people with
disabilities. He has served on the President's Committee for the
Employment of People with Disabilities, and is Chairman Emeritus of Our
House Inc, a group home and employment services provider. Mr. Dalziel is
also Chairman, Emeritus of Aljira, a multi-cultural arts center in
Newark, New Jersey. Mr. Dalziel earned his MBA from Columbia University,
a BS degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia
Institute of Technology, and a BA degree in English Literature from
Ursinus College. Mr. Dalziel is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. Profile
