BRUCE S. COLWILL is Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
of Neuromed Technologies Inc. He is an accomplished financial manager
with extensive experience in both public and private companies. His
successes include managing a NASDAQ IPO and issuance of corporate
debentures. Prior to joining Neuromed in March 2001, Mr. Colwill was CFO
at a number of public companies, including NASDAQ/TSE-listed Forbes
medi-Tech and NASDAQ-listed Euronet Worldwide. Mr. Colwill has also
served as Financial Controller for Pepsi-Cola International (Poland) and
has held various positions with KPMG. His financing experience includes
a NASDAQ IPO, issuance of corporate debentures and private placements
totaling over US$250 million. Mr. Colwill received a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and is a
