BRIAN J. ZIENTEK has served as Chief Executive Officer of The Sirena
Apparel Group, Inc., since February 2000. Formerly, Mr. Zientek served
as Director of Production for Patagonia. Prior to joining Patagonia, he
served for ten years as CEO, President and COO of Beach Patrol, Inc., a
Redondo Beach, CA based swimwear manufacturer. Mr. Zientek was recruited
by venture capitalists to acquire and operate the company. Mr. Zientek
served five years as COO and Executive Vice President of Fitzwright and
Sine, a leading manufacturer of consumer, military and safety products
in British Columbia, Canada. In 1984, Fitzwright & Sine won the title of
Exporter of the Year from the Government of British Columbia. Prior to
that, Mr. Zientek gained experience in turn-arounds with the management
consulting firm of Gene Barbee and Associates before going into private
