BRIAN SEMKIW is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Rand A
Technology Corp., also knows as RAND Worldwide. He has over 20 years of
experience in the Computer Aided Design, Manufacturing and Engineering
(CAD/CAM/CAE) industry. Mr. Semkiw has a Bachelors degree in Civil
Engineering from the University of Toronto. Prior to 1986, he was the
founding employee of the Canadian subsidiary operation of Applicon, one
of the leading CAD/CAM technology developers in the industry at that
