Bradley Forst – Simula Inc (smu)

BRADLEY FORST has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Simula Inc. since October 2000. Mr. Forst joined the company as Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Director in 1995 and became Executive Vice President in December 1998. Prior to being President and CEO, he served in a variety of business capacities with the company, including the completion of several rounds of public and private debt and equity offerings, the acquisition and disposition of businesses, the transfer and licensing of multiple technologies developed or acquired by the company and as President of one of the company's business units. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Forst was engaged in the private practice of law in Phoenix, Arizona, from 1985 to 1995. From 1981 to 1985, Mr. Forst was in the Corporate Finance -Head Office Legal Department, Shell Oil Company, Houston, Texas.
