Bradley Conway – Control Screening Llc

BRADLEY L. CONWAY has been President and CEO of Control Screening, LLC since 1992. Mr. Conway completed the acquisition of the Philips Security Screening division in 1988, and initiated and structured the acquisition of the Federal Labs division of Trans Technology Corporation in 1989. In 1993 he completed the acquisition of Omega Labs' cabinet x-ray lines, and in 1991, the acquisition of Scintrex and CPAD's trace detection business. In the late 1980s, he helped structure and research various acquisitions. Prior to 1986, he was Executive Vice President of Carman Corp., an investment group which acquired the C.A. Reed paper party goods division of Westvaco in 1983, which division was subsequently sold to the Mennen Company in late 1986. Prior to 1983 he was Executive Vice President for the SCF Corporation, a major inland marine firm; General Counsel and a director of Cosmopolitan Shipping Co.; and an attorney for Healy and Baillie in New York. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars, and has served on various corporate and nonprofit boards.
