Brad Miller – Perimiter Internetworking

BRAD MILLER joined Perimeter Internetworking in May 2000 as CEO. Under his leadership, company revenues have grown more than 3,000%. Based on that achievement, Perimeter was named to both the 2004 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and the Connecticut Technology Fast 50. Specifically, Perimeter was ranked number five on the Fast 50 and number 121 on the Fast 500. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years, from 1999-2003. Perimeter grew 1902% during this period. This business success was detailed in The Business of Software by Michael Cusumano, Distinguished Professor of Management at MIT and BALLS ' 6 Rules for Winning Today's Business Game by Alexi Venneri. The Business of Software was recently honored as one of the top business books of 2004 by Steve Lohr of The New York Times. The firm was honored in 2001 by the State of Connecticut for 'Outstanding Sales Growth.' In addition, Mr. Miller was honored as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in 2001. Previously, Mr. Miller served from July 1997 to April 2000 as Chief Operating Officer of PRG, the leading supplier of entertainment technology products and services with over $300 million in revenue. From July 1988 until June 1997, Mr. Miller was employed at Schroders Plc, most recently as a Director in the investment banking department. Mr. Miller received his MBA from Columbia University Business School in 1988 and his BA in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College in 1985. He is or has been a Director of Cybergnostic.net, PRG, Palomar Technologies, Inc., a privately-held manufacturer of various technology-based industrial products, and DistributedMedia.com, a provider of Internet enabled audio/visual advertising to the retail market.
