Brad Houlberg – Cti Group (holdings) Inc (ctig:otc.bb)

BRAD HOULBERG is chief executive officer of CTI Group (NASDAQ: CTIG.OB), a premier global provider of enterprise-wide software engines and systems in the information technology industry. Having managed a number of high-profile, telecommunications companies in his 20-year career, Houlberg brings the technical knowledge and management depth necessary to position CTI as a leading provider of billing and customer care software and services. As chief executive officer, Houlberg is responsible for refining and advancing CTI's overall corporate strategy and guides the company's executive team to effectively execute that strategy. With a proven ability to generate revenue, manage P&L, and grow organizations, Houlberg's areas of expertise include production and operations; systems and business planning; merger and acquisition; and sales and service delivery. Prior to leading CTI, Houlberg most recently served as executive vice president of the AIS Telecom division of Alltel Information Services, a leader in the communications and information services industries. During this five-year period, he was charged with managing the division's $300M business unit for outsourcing billing and customer care to telecommunications companies. Houlberg spent the previous decade serving in senior positions, including managing director for Convergys, a global provider of integrated billing and customer care services. There he managed the $125M business operations unit supporting content and service providers with billing and customer care systems and outsourcing. Houlberg holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL and executive management certifications from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
