BOBBY NAPILTONIA is co-Founder, Chairman, President and Chief
Executive Officer of State Software, Inc. He brings over 15 years
of experience in the high-tech industry, focusing on technology
sales, sales and executive management and strategic partnership
development. Prior to co-founding State Software, he was VP,
Business Development for Electric Communities and created a
licensing program that resulted in achieving the highest annual
revenue in the company's six-year history. Mr. Napiltonia was
Director of Sales at Creative Labs where he spent seven years
managing various business units and established new channels such
as government, education, system integrators, and Fortune 500.
Under his guidance Creative was able to penetrate and sustain
business with 80 of the Fortune 100 companies with multiple
products. In addition, he developed strategic relationships with
IBM, Dell, Compaq and other industry companies. He entered the
industry in computer distribution, spending six years at D&H
Distribution, one of America's largest distributors of computer
and peripheral products. While at D&H, he managed corporate
development, overseeing both manufacturing relationships and
internal corporate growth, and launched their Software Division,
which established relationships with Microsoft, The Learning Co.,
Electronic Arts, Disney and others. Profile
