JOEL ROLLINS, CFO and Vice President of Finance Joel has over 23 years
of experience working with high-growth, technology companies,
principally in the semiconductor industry. Joel has extensive expertise
with equity transactions, strategic planning, financial control, data
system design and implementation and international business issues.
Before joining Bandspeed, Joel served as CFO & COO at Exterprise where
he raised over $50M in outside funding and successfully negotiated and
completed a merger. Prior to that, Joel was CFO and Vice President of
Finance at Jato Technologies. He raised over $12M in outside funding and
negotiated and completed a merger in 1999. Joel also worked at National
Instruments as Vice President of Finance and CFO where he grew the
company from $20M to over $1B market capitalization. Joel was also
instrumental in the company's successful IPO in 1995. While working at
Cypress Semiconductor, Joel negotiated customer strategic relationships
and foundry agreements and was successful in a $15M equity private

BLAINE KOHL, VP of Marketing Blaine has over 13 years of experience with
networking and communications products and has specific expertise in the
development and launching of new technologies and products. She last
served as Intel's Director of Marketing for iSCSI (storage over
Ethernet) and 10 Gigabit Ethernet Products where she was pivotal in the
development of the technologies, products, and ecosystems for the
businesses. Prior to Intel, Blaine was at Level One Communications and
Jato Technologies and was instrumental in the development and launching
of the companies' respective Gigabit Ethernet offerings. Blaine also
held a variety of positions at Motorola in both marketing and
engineering capacities. Profile
BILL EVERSOLE, PH.D., is President and Chief Executive Officer of
Bandspeed, Inc. Bill Eversole has 31 years experience in the
semiconductor business, specializing in product and business
development. He oversees all of Bandspeed operations, including product
development and production, marketing, sales and business development.
Before joining Bandspeed, Bill was with Quellan, a semiconductor company
that develops high-speed integrated circuits for communications
equipment, where he served as president and chief operating officer.
Bill oversaw day-to-day operations at Quellan. He was active in the
broadening of the application space for Quellan's cooperative signal
processing technology and defining cooperative developments with key
customers in the high-speed interconnect market space. Bill worked at
Texas Instruments from 1973 to 2002, where he rose from a defense
systems integrated circuit design engineer to become general manager of
the Worldwide DSL Business in the Broadband Communications Group. There
he guided the company from a distant number four in the DSL central
office and customer premise equipment two, shipping over nine million
ADSL ports while improving margins on all products. His technical
achievements include creating the industry's first integrated two-chip
ADSL CPE solution. Bill received his Doctorate and Master's of Science
degrees in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University,
received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from
the University of Tennessee, and completed The Executive Program at the
Michigan Business School. He is a senior member of IEEE, previously a
member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Telecommunications
Management and the Telecommunication Industry Association and has been a
mentor in the Menttium 100 Program. Profile
