BERNARD TANGUY is the Co-founder and Chairman of Siticom Group Plc. He
graduated from X Telecom Paris, and started his career in 1989 as a
telecoms consultant with Unilog, where he specialised in projects for
large corporate clients. In 1992, he was the natural choice to head up
the International Telecoms division, which he expanded and developed. In
