BARRY ZWARENSTEIN – IOMEGA CORPORATION (IOM)

BARRY ZWARENSTEIN joined Iomega Corporation in November 2001 as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Zwarenstein served from January 2001 to June 2001 as Chief Financial Officer for Mellanox Technologies, Ltd., a leading supplier of InfiniBand semiconductors. From November 1998 to January 2001, Mr. Zwarenstein served as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Acuson Corporation, a producer of advanced diagnostic medical ultrasound systems, until its acquisition by Siemens A.G. Mr. Zwarenstein served as Chief Financial Officer of Logitech S.A., a leading supplier of interface devices that connect people and computers, from July 1996 through October 1998. Prior to being with Logitech S.A., Mr. Zwarenstein was with FMC Corporation, a diversified global manufacturer of a machinery, chemicals and ordnance, from 1975 through June 1996, most recently as Chief Financial Officer for FMC Europe, based in Brussels, Belgium.
