BARRY MCGOWAN Vice President, Corporate Development has over 25 years of
experience in the Electronic Security field, specializing in
Acquisitions, Marketing, Operations and Call Centre Automation. Mr.
McGowan has held senior positions in both public and privately held
corporations including Voxcom Inc., Rogers Canguard, Metropol Emergency
Response Centres and Federal Security Signal Corporation. He has also
been consulting to the security and computer electronics industry,
throughout Canada, the United States and Asia, for the last 7 years. Mr.
McGowan has been actively involved in numerous industry associations and
committees including the Security Industry Association, ULC Standards
Committee on Burglar Alarm Systems and Equipment, the executive of the
Canadian Alarm Association and is part of the adjunct faculty team at
