B. FRANCIS SAUL III is Vice Chairman of Saul Centers, Inc. Saul Centers'
real estate portfolio consists of community shopping centers and
commercial office buildings. Mr. Saul serves on the Boards of Directors
of Saul Centers, Inc., Chevy Chase Bank, and the B.F. Saul Company. His
professional affiliations include the Economic Club of Washington, the
Greater Washington Board of Trade, the Real Estate Roundtable, and the
Urban Land Institute. Mr. Saul is active in the Washington, DC,
community, serving as Chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater
Washington, and as a Director of the Children's National Medical Center.
He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Northwestern
