ANTON MILNER is the Chief Executive Officer and a founding member of Q-
Cells. He has helped guide the company from being a startup company
consisting of four people to becoming the world's leading independent
cell producer within four years and has taken the company to become
player number five/six worldwide in 2004, with a leading competitive and
technological position resulting in strong profitability. Mr. Milner
previously worked for six years as a corporate adviser at McKinsey and
Co. Inc., Germany. Before that he was employed for seven years by the
Royal Dutch/Shell Group, where his sphere of responsibility included oil
trading, gas supplies and trading for the German market, export trade
and business analysis. He has a B. Eng. (Chem. Eng.) and an MBA. Profile
picture of things as they are now?
Mr. Milner: This is actually a very young company. We were founded on
November 22, 1999.
