ANTHONY SPIER – WELLS-GARDNER ELECTRONICS CORPORATION (WGA)

ANTHONY SPIER was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wells-Gardner Electronics Corporation in April 1994. He is responsible for establishing the strategic direction as well as managing all aspects of the company. Prior to Wells-Gardner, Mr. Spier was President and COO of the Bruning Corporation from 1988 to 1994 and President of International Operations of AM International Inc. from 1982 to 1988. He was also Vice President of Finance for the Skil Corporation, Vice President and Controller of the International Operations of American Hospital Supply Corporation, as well as a management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand and Booz, Allen & Hamilton in both London, England and Chicago. A graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia (MBA in Marketing, 1968), he has served on several Boards of the business school. Mr. Spier is also a graduate of the University of London (BS in Metallurgy and Mining 1966), and a Certified Public Accountant. As a long-time resident of Chicago, Mr. Spier has served as a Trustee of Mount Sinai Hospital and Medical Center for over 10 years and is a long-time member of the Chicago Committee. Electronics Corporation and a picture of the things you're doing at the

present time?

Mr. Spier: Wells-Gardner has been
