ANTHONY C. (TONY) PHILLIPS joined Raymedica in September 1995 as its
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Prior to this, he was
Senior Vice President of CryoLife International, Inc., the world's
largest processor of human tissue for transplantation, including
cardiovascular and orthopedic tissue. His responsibilities there
included worldwide sales and marketing distribution. In addition, he
served in various senior executive positions in marketing and strategic
planning with Organogenesis, Inc., and with divisions of Hillenbrand
Industries and American Home Products Corporation. Mr. Phillips received
his Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Med from the University of
Tennessee and attended the Wharton School of Business in executive
education programs in financial management and strategic planning. He
presently is a member of the Board of Directors of Regeneration
Technologies, Inc., an orthopedic tissue technology company trading on
