Annemarie Moseley – Osiris Therapeutics

ANNEMARIE B. MOSELEY, has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Osiris Therapeutics since the fourth quarter of 1999. Prior to her current position at the company, Dr. Moseley served Osiris as Sr. Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs. Before joining Osiris, Dr. Moseley served as Director of Clinical Gene Therapy at SyStemix, a Novartis company, where she was responsible for clinical development of HIV stem cell gene therapy. Before that, she held the position of Sr. Vice President of Clinical/Regulatory Affairs for Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Applied Immune Sciences, a subsidiary of Rhone Poulenc Rohrer. Her responsibilities included the clinical and regulatory management of programs in cellular and gene therapy products for cancer and infectious diseases. Dr. Moseley received a Ph.D. in Physiology and Biochemistry from Utah State University and an MD from Baylor College of Medicine, where she completed a residency in Internal Medicine, a clinical investigator program in Immunology, and a clinical stem cell gene therapy fellowship in Medical and Molecular Genetics.
