AMIR ROSENZWEIG was appointed President of Alvarion Inc. North American
Headquarters in July 2001. Prior to joining the company, he served as
President, CEO and Director of MTS Ltd. Mr. Rosenzweig is a tenured
communications professional, having held positions as Vice President
Marketing and Sales of GMA Communications Ltd. (1996-1998), and
President and Chief Executive Officer of Sogo Electronics Ltd.
(1989-1996). Mr. Rosenzweig holds a BSc degree in Electronics
