AMINE SELMANI is an administrator of the Board of Directors, and
President and Chief Executive Officer of BioSyntech, Inc. Prior to
founding the predecessor corporation of BioSyntech in May 1995, Dr.
Selmani was a Professor at cole Polytechnique de Montral from 1989 to
1997. Dr. Selmani obtained his Doctoral and Post Doctoral degrees in
Materials Science from the University of Montreal in 1985 and Dalhousie
University in 1988, respectively. Dr. Selmani was also involved in many
university-industry technology transfer projects. Profile
