ALAN C. BASHFORTH is President of Science Dynamics Corporation
(NASDAQ:SIDY) of Cherry Hill, NJ. Prior to joining Science Dynamics, he
was President of Innovative Communications Technology, LTD. (ICT), a
data communications company, until the acquisition of its intellectual
property by Science Dynamics in November 1996. He previously owned the
CSL Group, a computer and communications engineering group, from its
inception in 1975 until its sale in 1992. Educated at Mid Herts
