ADRIAN AUMAN has been Corporate Vice President for Investor Relations
and Director of Finance since January 1, 2000, prior to which he had,
since July 1997, been Director of Finance. He was Financial Controller
of the company from 1989 to July 1997. Prior to joining Orbotech, he was
an Audit Supervisor at Price Waterhouse Kesselman from 1986 to 1988 and
a Tax Manager at Goldstein, Golub, Kessler & Co., Certified Public
Accountants, from 1979 to 1985. He is a Certified Public Accountant both
in Israel and the United States, and has a Master's of Science degree
