ADAM M. ARON was named Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
of Vail Resorts, Inc., in July 1996. Mr. Aron has previously served as
President and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Lines, Senior Vice President of
Marketing for United Airlines, Senior Vice President'Marketing for Hyatt
Hotels Corporation and Vice President of Marketing Programs at Western
Airlines. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Travel Industry
Association of America, the Travel Business Roundtable, the Denver
Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and the Vail Valley Foundation. He is a
member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Young President's
Organization. Mr. Aron holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard
Business School and a BA Cum Laude in Government from Harvard College. A
Philadelphia native, he is based in Vail Resorts' corporate headquarters
in Colorado's Vail Valley and is married with two young children. Profile
