A. DANIEL SHARPLIN serves as CEO and President of Tanknology'NDE
International, Inc. He joined the company in December 1991 as a Vice
President, was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 1992, and became
President and CEO in 1995, and was elected a Director of the Company in
1995. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sharplin was engaged in
operations, strategy and corporate development for Lone Star
Technologies, a Texas-based holding company, and served as a consultant
to the environmental services industry. Mr. Sharplin holds a BBA from
Northeast Louisiana University and an MBA from the University of Texas
at Austin. During Mr. Sharplin's tenure as CEO the Company has increased
revenues from $10 million in 1994 to an expected $67 million in 1998 and
improved profitability from a $5.5 million loss in 1994 to an expected
net profit exceeding $3 million in 1998. Profile
